Kevin has real-estate related experience beginning in 1979 with a commercial and residential property management and maintenance business. Since 1992, Kevin has been selling residential real estate and investing in commercial real estate. He has since then obtained his California´s broker license. Kevins personal business is principally referral-generated, yet it is supported by 3,800 monthly newsletters, other mailings, professional out-sourced telemarketing, and ongoing newspaper advertising. He works equally with Sellers and Buyers and typically has 4-8 properties listed at any given time. Although he primarily represents Sellers of single-family dwellings, he has sold townhomes and land and has helped many Buyers find their dream home. He is viewed as an honest, hard working agent. He is also known for providing excellent customer service and for keeping his clients well informed about what is happening with their property and its relationship with competing properties in the marketplace.
After earning a Masters of Business Administration at Santa Clara University with emphasis on Finance, Kevin supervised the western-states region of a commercial building management and maintenance operation. Entering the real estate industry, he secured a Marketing and Sales management position with a Bay Area based wholesale mortgage lender. Earlier, he lived in Europe for two years, representing a non-profit entity and also served as a public relations staff member to a U.S. Congressman in Washington, D.C. after obtaining his undergraduate degree in Journalism.
